Rules & policies

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas and not inside the apartments. We also ask that you do not bring additional guests onto the property without prior approval and that you use all equipment and appliances in the apartments as intended and with care to avoid damage.

Please be aware that we observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00 to ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, particularly in shared spaces such as outdoor areas.

We also ask that all guests help keep the common areas and outdoor spaces clean and tidy.

It is worth noting that some of our accomodations are located within the same building, and other people may be living in it. We ask that all guests respect the privacy and tranquility of other residents and keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during late hours.

 

Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all short-term stays (less than 30 days) at our apartment house:

  • Full Refund
    Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund, including cleaning fees and taxes.

  • Partial Refund
    Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the rental amount. Cleaning fees and taxes will still be refunded in full.

  • No Refund
    Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, except for cleaning fees and security deposits, which will be returned.

  • No Shows & Early Departures
    Guests who do not arrive without prior notice (“no shows”) or who check out early will not be refunded for unused nights.

  • Reservation Modifications
    Changes to dates or guest count must be requested at least 7 days before check-in and are subject to availability. Rate differences may apply.

  • Force Majeure & Special Cases
    In the event of emergencies, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions, guests may request special consideration. Documentation may be required, and any exceptions are granted at management’s discretion.

  • Refund Processing
    Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
